First the exciting news!
In my ongoing effort to help you get the body you want (and deserve), I'm making big and exciting changes to my website (loselovehandleshowto.com).
Here's some of the great things you can expect on my website within the next few months:
- Q & A section - Remember when you signed up for my report, I asked you what your one question about weight loss is? I'm going to answer every one of those questions on my website. And every week I will send you the questions I've answered, so be sure to check if I answered your question that week.
- Fitness tools - I'm planning on adding a whole range of fitness tools to help you measure up.
- The top weight/fat loss e-books - I'm going to review tons of e-books and select the best 5 - so that you don't have to!
- Fitness product guides - These are going to be free down-loadable guides that contains every thing you need to know about a particular subject. I’m busy working on one about the best exercise to lose weight at the moment.
- Recipe center - Tons of tasty fat burning recipes (from the fat burning foods recipe book)
- Suzie tries it out - I’m going to be a guinea pig to all the latest fitness procedures. The first thing I’m going to try out is a chili wrap.

My New Favorite Weight Loss Trick

Now for my new favorite trick to stay full.
LEMONS!
I've been adding lemons to my drinking water the past week, and I've never been so full between meals.
I've read in a fitness mag that lemons are great to ward of cravings and keep you full, and it's true! It really does work. Plus it tastes great!
Try it today!
And to give you an update on how my one month challenge went, I’ve lost 6 pounds in my one month challenge and I am still trying.
I’ve gained some weight in 2 of those weeks, but I lost it again and then some more. That’s the trick - you should always keep on trying. You can find my eating plan and my exercise program on my blog - Suzie’s blog.
