Make your exercise for love handles SMART!
It is very important that you have the proper type of exercise program when you are working on losing love handles. You should never try to just do some routines that are focused on the abdominal area. This will limit your overall success, and you will fail to accomplish your goals. There is no such thing as spot reducing exercises when it comes to body contouring.
You can tighten muscles in one area, but unless you also improve other muscles you will still not achieve the results that you want. What would be the point of narrowing the waistline anyway, if other areas still need attention? Your body is going to lose weight from whichever sections it chooses, so you need to use a comprehensive plan that includes cardio and strength training exercises.
