I will share with you one of my favorite lunch time meals with you in this article. The reason I like this specific recipe that much is that it is healthy, tasty, easy to make and it also includes fat burning foods that may help you lose weight. Here it is, I hope you enjoy it too.
Chicken salad
This is one of my favorite lunch recipes. It's super tasty and kind on your figure. If you include this in your lunch time meals at least once a week you will definitely lose some weight and fat.

- Number of fat burning foods: 4 (chicken, lettuce, tomatoes and the seeded bread)

Ingredients:
- 2 skinless chicken breast fillets, cooked and cubed
- Lettuce as desired
- 20 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 onion, sliced
- 6 olives
- 1/2 green pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of reduced fat mayonnaise
- 2 slices of seeded bread
Instructions:
Mix the first 8 ingredients together and serve with the seeded bread. You may also add a quarter of avocado if you like.
