If you are looking for the best flat stomach exercise circuit, and you are more advanced than beginner, you are in for a real treat. This is because here you will not only get one exercise, but four different exercises specifically designed to target all the different abs groups.

You do this exercise exactly like the traditional crunch, but to increase the effort, you hold a weight on your chest. You can use any weights, even a big bottle of water or a bag of sugar will work.
This exercise is almost like the bicycle maneuver. This is how you do the pull inns: You begin by lying on your back on a mat, arms on the ground by your sides. Press the small of your back on the ground for support. Extend your legs outwards and keep them off the ground for the whole of the exercise. Slowly lift the one leg to your chest and lower it slowly to the ground. Repeat with the other leg. Make sure to keep your small of the back firmly on the ground at all times.
Stand while holding a weighted object in your hands and slowly twist from the waist, first to your one side and then to the other. Keep your abs tight at all times.
You begin this exercise by getting into the basic plank position, but you support yourself on your hands instead of on your arms. Lift the left leg and the right arm of the floor at the same time, balancing with your core. Repeat on the other side.
To get the best results and to get a flat tummy faster, repeat the exercises (each for 15 repetitions) one after another in a circuit type exercise routine, without resting between different exercises. You may however, rest when you have completed the last exercise in the circuit.
If you want to take your training up another notch and to increase your fat burning potential, you can alternate running on the spot after each exercise with jumping jacks. If you feel you are getting bored with these exercises and you need a bit more of a challenge, you can move on to purely advanced level of exercises.
But be warned you should only do advanced exercises if your stomach muscles are already trained enough.
