Try this - swap the full cream milk in your coffee or tea with fat free/skim milk. You'll probably notice the difference the first time, maybe the second time, but after the third time, you won't even know it. Fat free milk has about 40% less calories than full cream, which makes it much healthier, with about the same taste.
Tip 3: Eat More Protein (But Don't Overdo It)
Protein can also help you feel fuller for longer. Some simple ideas are:Add beans to your salad - this will not only increase its nutritional value, but it will also increase its protein content and keep you full.Put a high protein yogurt in your lunchbox for work.
