You should do this for around 15 minutes to half an hour. Listening to fun music will help the time just fly by, while you are shaking your love handles off!

If you have never done hula hooping before, then you need to start with the hoop in front of you. In order to shift your weight you need to put one foot in front of the other, rest your back against the hoop. The next thing you need to do is push the hoop around your waist and start shifting your weight from one foot to the other to keep the hoop up and spinning.
