How to make it work: I used to feel sorry for myself because of having to say NO to sweets and take-aways. But I realized that saying NO to sweets meant saying YES to myself. So just remember that every time you say NO to sweets, you are saying YES to yourself – to your own self-worth and self-confidence.

 It may take a while to get in better shape and you need to be patient. It takes time to learn new eating habits and to get into a regular exercise routine. And at first you may lose fat and centimeters slower. And then there will be weeks that you gain some weight. So the weight loss process can really take a long time. But remember that the longer you take to lose the weight, the longer it stays off.

 How to make it work: Remember why you are trying to lose weight. Write down your top 10 reasons for wanting to lose weight and have a look at it everyday. And then remind yourself what you are working for.

So as you can see losing weight will take more than just diet and exercise. You need to have the right mindset and with these 3 characteristics you can’t help but be successful.
