It’s a jump rope workout that you can do anywhere you go. You only need yourself, a rope to jump with and a little bit of space.

Jumping rope have many benefits, including cardiovascular and toning. Jumping rope is also one of the least expensive cardio methods you can use to whip yourself into shape. It's also one of Jennifer Nicole Lee's (the author of the bikini model program) favorite workouts.

Do this jump rope workout 3-4 times a week, starting at 10 minutes at a time and then slowly work your way up to 30 minutes.
